Adam Topol is the drummer and percussionist for Culver
City Dub Collective.
He has also toured internationally with Jack Johnson, and played drums
and percussion
on his last 6 albums and is featured in the live concert DVD “En
Concert.”
Some of his additional recorded performances
include The Sprout House Band, Neil Halstead, Zee Avi, Piers Faccini,
Zach Gil, and Chris Velan.
As a bandleader, Topol recorded and co-produced Ritmo Y Canto - Afro-Cuban
folkloric rhythms,
and Culver City Dub Collective - Dub reggae with Jazz and electronic
influences- on Everloving
records.
Culver City Dub Collective has just completed its’ third album
titled “8.”
He has also just released an Afro-Caribbean/Cumbia EP “The Living
Room”
with Danny Frankel and David Ralicke.
